Ele \u00e9 um dos precursores das \u201cCidades Inteligentes\u201d, desde 2008, com o conceito de \u201cCidade digital sustent\u00e1vel\u201d. Ele desenvolveu, em seguida, o conceito de \u201cCidades Vivas\u201d, do qual \u00e9 um dos pioneiros, ator reconhecido e especialista em n\u00edvel mundial. Conferencista e autor de iniciativas, que visam criar pontos de converg\u00eancia entre atores nacionais, internacionais, institucionais, p\u00fablicos e privados (ele preside o F\u00f3rum Think Tank \u201cLive in a Living City\u201d), ele est\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m presente nas m\u00eddias (Conselheiro Cient\u00edfico Cidade Inteligente em La Tribune<\/em> onde coordena a se\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCidades Inteligentes\u201d), na imprensa, r\u00e1dio, TV, WEB, na Fran\u00e7a e no exterior. <\/p>\n

Ele \u00e9 igualmente, desde janeiro 2015, correspondente especial Cidade Inteligente da Prefeitura de Paris.<\/p>\n
